Dear Bethel Family,

While our return to in-person worship will be modified, it will be an opportunity for the church to assemble-in person. Please review our Phased Reassembly Plan to know how we will re-introduce the physical gathering of the church body.

In these unprecedented times, we have seen God’s work advance in unprecedented ways. We have had opportunity, literally, to preach the Word to the uttermost parts of the earth! And, while we remain deeply grateful for the technology that has allowed our church to continue to assemble, we are eagerly anticipating the opportunity for physically reassembling on August 2. Whether you choose to join us for worship in-person, or through livestream, please know that we will anticipate your participation either way!

Your Friends,

Pastors Mike & Julie Gowans

Health & Safety

Social Distancing

Face masks should be worn entering the building and leaving the building.

Leave 2 seats between you and another family.

After service, we are asking that conversation continue outside the building.

While you are with us, we also ask that you respect one another’s physical distancing preferences by not assuming someone wants to hug or shake hands.

Facility Cleaning/Disinfecting

Cleaning of the facility has and will continue to take place at a level at or above all guidelines set forth by the CDC, including but not limited to all surfaces in the sanctuary, lobby, and restrooms.

The entire church is sanitized regularly with a special long-term disinfectant that maintains its effect for 90 days. This process is conducted every 75 days for proper coverage.

Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.

Touchless Experience

Our team has worked hard to ensure that weekend services are, for all intents and purposes, “touchless”. If you choose to worship with us in person, you won’t have to open doors or pass offering or communion.

Hand Sanitizer

Hand sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the building for your use.

Cafe

Our cafe will be closed until further notice. Please free feel to bring your own drinks and snacks.

Children’s Ministry

Children’s ministry is re-assembling on Sunday, October 4th for the 9.45am service. Please register your child(ren) when you register for service each week to enable us to plan for resources accordingly. It is our highest priority to keep your children safe and healthy. Each child will be checked for their temperature upon check-in. We ask that you keep your child at home if they have a fever or not feeling well. Masks are encouraged but not mandatory.

Communion

Pre-packaged communion will be made available for you at your seats on Communion Sunday.

Bethel’s Responsibility

Ask our Staff to handle money and connect cards with gloves Keep our office open; employees need to stay away from the office if they feel sick; additional sick days will be provided during COVID-19.
