Establishing, Equipping and Empowering Future Leaders
Every Nation Leadership Institute (ENLI) is a one to four year leadership and pastoral ministry training school. Students will be trained to minister the Gospel, grow in leadership skills, lead a life group, excel in communication/public speaking, study Biblical history, take Old and New Testament courses and be equipped toward pastoral ministry.
First-Year students will receive focused training with an emphasis on establishing a biblical foundation. Additionally, students will experience an impartation of the vision and values of Bethel Church and Every Nation Ministries. Lastly, Spiritual Disciplines, Discipleship, Evangelism, and Leadership, are the bedrock topics taught in year one.
Years Two and Three continue to strengthen skills in leadership and ministry and dive deeper into theological studies.
Classes are held weekly on Monday evenings at the church. Online coursework, independent study, seminars and special projects are part of the requirements for successful completion of the program. Regular class attendance and participation and leadership in Life Groups is also required for advancement and graduation from the program.
ENLI provides an opportunity for personal spiritual growth and development of leadership that will equip you in many areas of your life.
